I don't know how to express how much I appreciate what you and your company do for me. You guys are without a peer anywhere. I'll try to say a few things here. Thanks to Kristi, I don't have to worry about my house at Fripp. I don't have to try to make things happen there remotely fom a thousand miles away. That's peace of mind.

We have had two other coastal properties over the years--one in the Hamptons and one on the Jersey Shore. I've been unable to find someone either place to provide the property management service capability that Kristi delivers, at any price. I wish I could clone Kristi and magically transport her up north.

Kristi cares about her customers and their needs. She is absolutely conscientious. She's there 24/7 looking out for you. Whether it's an approaching storm, an unexpected deep freeze, or someone breaking into your propery, she's there and on top of the situation.

We've remodeled our Fripp house extensively over the last decade. We've also faced major repairs since we're oceanfront. Kristi has found contractors, service providers, decorators, handymen, repairmen, etc., for me and overseen their work. I've never had a problem. I never could have handled this myself from Chicago. What a relief!

Kristi even has accepted delivery on numerous items I've had sent to Fripp and installed/located them in the house for me.

Then there's landscaping. Kristi transformed my unlandscaped au natural, salt-sprayed, oceanfront lot into an attractive, deer-resistant yard that I didn't have to apologize to the neighbors about. She figured out what would survive the salt and the deer and nurtured it. She experimented. If something didn't work, she tried something else until she achieved positive results, often at her own expense.

I probably shouldn't say this, but I will. What Kristi does is a bargain. She provides real value at extremely reasonable prices. I've told her before that she doesn't charge enough.
